First Week
We had two days of induction at Lembah Pangsun Resort, Ulu Langat Selangor. It was very good since we all new and not everyone know each other. During that program, we were divided into seven groups and most of the activities done were about a team building. It was really exciting to complete the task given in group; we all work together and gave full support and effort. The activity includes outdoor and indoor and each of the activities actually gave big impact to me. I became more motivated and passionate to strive for excellent.
The day after arrived from Pangsun Resort, it was Friday. We began our first communication module with “The Effectiveness in Writing Resume and Cover Letter”. But it was just an introduction. I really keen of to know further. See you then Madam Farahiyah and Madam Norliza next week!
Second Week
Throughout this week we have learnt more about resume and cover letter. In this session, they showed us some examples and remind us to keep our resume and cover letter so impressive but not assertive. It must be written in polite way and not too pushy. Cover letter actually like the icing on the cake, the good one will attract people or employer to review our resume. Make it simple, neat but clear. The resume should not too wordy since employer will not read it but they scan it.
